The luxurious 1,400 sqm estate features a generous 420 sqm property surrounded by tropical gardens, a heated swimming pool and stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea.
Spread over 2 floors, its modern interior is complemented by a generous open plan layout. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a brand new kitchen and laundry room, it can accommodate friends and family throughout the year.
The lower level includes sauna and shower facilities and can be used as a fitness room, guest apartment, library or office.
The raffle is scheduled to close at the end of November 2010.
