UK win a home competition portal Dream Home Competition recently expanded its portfolio of property prizes on offer to include a stylish mid Townhouse in Florida. The website now offers players a choice of 3 luxury holiday homes to be won for just $16.
Located near Walt Disney Resort in Florida, "Caravelle Cove" comes fully furnished in tropical Floridian style. Valued at $130,000, the property can be rented out for about $29k per annum. Its location in Coral Bay Resort ensures easy access to luxury facilities including the swimming pool, gym and cinema.
Alternatively, you could win a choice of 2 impressive stone properties situated in West Yorkshire near Leeds in the UK, valued at $1.6 million and $815k respectively. Each property is designed to offer all latest modern conveniences to accommodate a large family and friends.
The Dream Home Competition principle is simple: watch a short clip of your favorite property; buy a ticket and; complete a short quiz based on the video you just watched. A fixed number of tickets is on offer each competition, ranging from 24,000 to 110,000 depending on the value of the property prize.
The competitions are run as a quiz to comply with UK Law. In practice, this means players are required to demonstrate skill and judgement to participate (unlike raffles or games of chance).
Worldwide entries are accepted. Make sure to check the closing date for each competition to pick the best one for you! Tickets cost £10 (about $16).
