I'm new here, so I apologize if this is out of place or already been brought up.

Being just across the bay, I noticed that the San Francisco dream house raffle (sfraffle.com) has pretty good odds of winning a prize (they say 1 out of 100). That's not your chances of winning THE prize of the $3m house, but still, it seems pretty decent. Are these pretty good odds for a house raffle? Have you seen better? I'm still on the fence about whether I should enter or not.
