Order

In order to submit a property raffle or competition for inclusion in the WHR Directory, we require information from the user on our Directory listing order form. A user must also provide contact information (such as name, email and address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Information Use

Profile

When you register with WHR, you create your own profile and settings. While part of your Profile information will be available to any user visiting the site, other details are only be visible to users that are logged into the Site. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by WHR that we think you may find valuable. Profile information is used by WHR primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the service and to be presented to others permitted to view that information.

We store information that we collect through log files, and via the information provided during the WHR Directory Submit service, to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their characteristics. Validation and System Updates

Directory Listings

Registered users that submit or edit an entry in the WHR Raffles Directory also receive a range of system emails to inform them of the progress of their submission. Once they have submitted their entry to the Directory, users receive one email confirming the submission will be reviewed by the WHR editors once payment has been received. They receive a second email confirming the payment details required to complete the initial entry submission process. As soon as their entry has been approved and published, they receive a third email inviting them to check the entry details in the Directory. Users also receive system emails confirming that they have edited or renewed their listing.

Special Offers and Updates

Registered members will occasionally receive our newsletter, which features information on products, services, or special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive our newsletter. To do so, a user must login to their account to change their preferences.

Service Announcements
