Thanks for your comments. I agree these are important considerations which should ideally be addressed by the organisers. We have forwarded your observations directly to them and hope they can provide more information on these points. This looks like a very nice raffle; however, if the number of tickets available is 49,999 at $38 each, equals far less than the estimated value of the property as shown on its main page, it does not make sense why the organisers would raffle it off far below it's market value. As this is suspicious, I would never enter this contest. Details like this are very important, as people are not going to want to purchase ANYTHING online risking their bank details and money on something which doesn't even show to make a profit, which doesn't make sense at first glance to the viewer. I'm out.
